Noelani Spencer is born and raised on the Big Island. She started her career in Real Estate at the age of 20, working for a local mortgage broker here in town. Starting as a temporary receptionist, she was quickly hired full-time and learned the entire mortgage business from origination to closing. She loved helping families build their dream homes and specialized in land and construction loans. She built her first home at the age of 22 and another at the age of 26. After the market crashed in 2009, she shifted gears and started her own cleaning company, cleaning vacation rentals in the Puako area.

After working with the property managers, handymen, landscapers, guests, and homeowners, it organically happened that she started to manage her own vacation rentals. In 2017, I decided to get my real estate sales license and bring all my experience together. She also lived in Kihei and ran her own mortgage company there for a few years. Noelani successfully leverages her long history of growing up in Kamuela, her expansive network of business professionals, community leaders, and high-net-worth individuals, and her experience with overseeing new construction projects to consistently deliver results. Noelani's superior market insight, strong negotiation skills, and aloha spirit are simply exceptional. With many years of Real Estate Sales, Mortgage Financing, and Short Term Vacation Rental management background, she is among the most dedicated and knowledgeable professionals here in Waimea.

One of the few agents with a deep understanding of Hawaii Island, Noelani is sought by buyers, sellers, visitors, and her peers for her extensive knowledge of the current real estate market, market trends, construction, and financing options, with an unparalleled track record of satisfied clients.

In her spare time she tends to her garden, volunteers to help serve her community, spends time with her friends and family and is an avid outrigger paddler and competitor.
